MTAG Services Declared Winner of 2011 Bayonne Tax Sale

Vienna, VA - January 13, 2011 - MTAG Services has been awarded the 2011 City of Bayonne Tax Levy sale on behalf of one of its clients.

The bid placed for this sale is an estimated $5 million of original purchases, plus approximately $2.5 million in subsequent purchases over the next two years. Bayonne, NJ uses a special levy sale process to insure complete monetizing of its real estate property taxes.

This is the fourth year that MTAG has won the Bayonne tax sale. MTAG Services won in 2006, 2008, 2010, and now 2011. The deal is set to close in May of 2011.
